  • Anissa Mandell, President at ARCOP
    Anissa Mandell, President

    Anissa Mandell joined ARCOP as President in mid-2023 after serving as SVP of Supply Chain for Focus Brands where she spent 12 years in various leadership roles. Prior to Focus, Anissa held supply chain leadership positions at Taco Mac, and Rare Hospitality International. Anissa uses her 30+ years of hospitality, operations, and supply chain experience to deliver strategic business solutions and advance service excellence. Anissa received her MBA and undergraduate degrees from Kennesaw State University. She currently serves on the board of the Arby’s Foundation and the National Restaurant Association Supply Chain Expert Exchange Board and is an active member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum.

  • Matt Cosson, Senior Vice President, Direct/Indirect Procurement & Logistics at Arcop
    Matt Cosson, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain

    Matt Cosson began serving the Arby’s brand in 2006. As ARCOP’s Senior Vice President, he oversees Direct Procurement, Indirect Sourcing and Logistics. Matt is co-chair of the Food Supply Chain Committee (FSCC) through the National Retail Federation (NRF), which fights for national legislative change that benefits our Brand membership. He is also an active member of the National Restaurant Association (NRA), International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA). Prior to joining ARCOP, Matt served in various business development roles in the automotive parts industry, plastics industry and poultry industries. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree in Food Technology from the University of Georgia.

  • Jason Griset, Sr. Director, Finances & Shared Services
    Jason Griset, Vice President, Finances & Shared Services

    Jason Griset joined ARCOP in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President of Finances and Shared Services. He oversees financial planning and analysis, reporting, process development, accounting, banking, budgeting, tax, insurance, membership funding, in accordance with company standards and GAAP. Additional responsibilities include policy and process development in the areas of Legal, Human Resources, Benefits, and Technology. Prior to joining ARCOP, Jason worked as Controller for Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers. He earned his BBA in Accounting from Valdosta State University and CPA certification in Georgia. Jason lives in Sandy Springs with his wife and 3 children, and in his free time enjoys playing music, hiking and woodworking.

  • Steve Rodgers, Vice President, Distribution & Supply Management

    Steven Rodgers joined ARCOP in 2025. As Vice President of Distribution & Supply Management, he leads the organization’s distribution and supply management functions, advancing operational excellence and strategic growth. With more than 20 years of supply chain experience, Steven previously served as Vice President of Supply Chain at Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, and held leadership roles at HAVI supporting brands such as Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, and Starbucks. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Supply Chain Expert Exchange through the National Restaurant Association, the Prosper Forum Board of Advisors, and is President of the Farmstead Swim Team Board. Steven holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and a BS in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and completed the Executive Management Program at Indiana University Bloomington.
