  • Anissa Mandell, President at ARCOP
    Anissa Mandell, President

    Anissa Mandell joined ARCOP as President in 2023 after serving as SVP of Supply Chain for Focus Brands where she spent 12 years in various leadership roles. Prior to Focus, Anissa held supply chain leadership positions at Tappan Street Restaurant Group, and Rare Hospitality International. Anissa uses her 30+ years of hospitality, operations and supply chain experience to deliver strategic business solutions and advance service excellence. Anissa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the National Restaurant Association Supply Chain Expert Exchange Board and is an active member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum.

  • Matt Cosson, Senior Vice President, Direct/Indirect Procurement & Logistics at Arcop
    Matt Cosson, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain

    Matt Cosson began serving the Arby’s brand in 2006. As ARCOP’s Senior Vice President, he oversees Direct Procurement, Indirect Sourcing and Logistics. Matt is co-chair of the Food Supply Chain Committee (FSCC) through the National Retail Federation (NRF), which fights for national legislative change that benefits our Brand membership. He is also an active member of the National Restaurant Association (NRA), International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA). Prior to joining ARCOP, Matt served in various business development roles in the automotive parts industry, plastics industry and poultry industries. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree in Food Technology from the University of Georgia.

  • Tom Olson, Sr. Director of Distribution and Supply Management at ARCOP
    Tom Olson, Sr. Director, Supply Management

    Tom Olson joined ARCOP in 2008 as a Forecasting Analyst. He has grown with the organization throughout the years and has a wide knowledge of Arby’s supply chain. In his current role as Sr. Director of Distribution and Supply Management, Tom is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and oversight of the distribution network. Additionally, the Supply Management team works closely with the Arby’s marketing team to execute against the promotional calendar and other menu related activities. Prior to joining ARCOP, Tom worked in finance at Hewitt Associates and GMAC. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Emory University and an MBA from Georgia Tech with concentrations in Operations and Organizational Behavior.

     

     

  • Jason Griset, Sr. Director, Finances & Shared Services
    Jason Griset, Vice President, Finances & Shared Services

    Jason Griset joined ARCOP in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President of Finances and Shared Services. He oversees financial planning and analysis, reporting, process development, accounting, banking, budgeting, tax, insurance, membership funding, in accordance with company standards and GAAP. Additional responsibilities include policy and process development in the areas of Legal, Human Resources, Benefits, and Technology. Prior to joining ARCOP, Jason worked as Controller for Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers. He earned his BBA in Accounting from Valdosta State University and CPA certification in Georgia. Jason lives in Sandy Springs with his wife and 3 children, and in his free time enjoys playing music, hiking and woodworking.
