Matt Cosson began serving the Arby’s brand in 2006. As ARCOP’s Senior Vice President, he oversees Direct Procurement, Indirect Sourcing and Logistics. Matt is co-chair of the Food Supply Chain Committee (FSCC) through the National Retail Federation (NRF), which fights for national legislative change that benefits our Brand membership. He is also an active member of the National Restaurant Association (NRA), International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA). Prior to joining ARCOP, Matt served in various business development roles in the automotive parts industry, plastics industry and poultry industries. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree in Food Technology from the University of Georgia.
