ARCOP, Inc. (“ARCOP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has served as the Arby’s® restaurant system’s national supply chain cooperative since 1978. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information gathered through our website, arcop.net (the “Site”), including our About Us, Departments, News, Careers, FAQs, Suppliers, and Contact Us pages. This Notice does not apply to information we collect through other channels, such as our internal Team Member systems or the separate websites of Inspire Brands, Arby’s, or our restaurant partners.
From time to time, we may change this Privacy Notice. If we do, we will post an amended version on this webpage with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will provide you with additional notice, such as adding a statement on the homepages of our Site. Please review this Privacy Notice periodically.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information that you choose to submit directly through the Site, most commonly through the supplier and business inquiry form on our Contact Us page. This can include:
- Your first and last name
- Your company name and company website
- Your business category, such as supplier, distribution, logistics, or other
- A description of the products or services your company provides, and a link to your online catalog if applicable
- Your phone number and email address
- Any additional information you choose to include in your message
Our contact and inquiry forms may also use verification tools, such as CAPTCHA, to help prevent automated or fraudulent submissions. If you apply for a position with ARCOP through our Careers page, you may be directed to a separate careers or applicant tracking portal operated by a third party; that portal’s own privacy notice governs the information you submit there.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of your visit. We use this information, together with the cookies and similar technologies described below, to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to respond to supplier, vendor, and business inquiries submitted through the Site; to evaluate prospective suppliers and business partners; to operate, maintain, and improve the Site; to communicate with you about ARCOP news, careers, and business opportunities; to protect the security and integrity of our systems; and to comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell information collected through the Site. We may share it with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers who host the Site, process form submissions, or provide analytics on our behalf, and who are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us
- Inspire Brands, Inc. and its affiliated companies, since ARCOP operates as part of the Inspire Brands family of companies in support of the Arby’s system
- Government authorities, regulators, or other third parties when required by law or legal process, or as needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of ARCOP, our business partners, or others
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. Essential cookies, sometimes called Necessary cookies, help make a website usable by enabling basic functions like page navigation and access to secure areas of the website. The website cannot function properly without these cookies, so they are loaded on the Site by default. Nonessential cookies, like Statistics and Marketing cookies, help us monitor and improve the user experience by collecting analytics about how the Site is used and marketing our business to users who have interacted with our Site. Some of the nonessential cookies we use include Google Analytics and Hotjar. Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms
The Site recognizes the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. If you are using a browser setting or plug-in that sends an opt-out preference signal to each website you visit, we will treat that as a valid request to opt out. Some internet browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, the Site does not currently interpret, respond to, or alter its practices when it receives “Do Not Track” signals.
Data Retention
We retain the information we collect through the Site for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential business relationship, or fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter as needed to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Once information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to certain exceptions

California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), gives you certain additional rights regarding the personal information, as defined by the CCPA, that ARCOP collects about you through the Site. This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Notice and applies solely to California residents.
Notice at Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from California residents, and in some cases, from third party sources including, for example, advertising networks, operating systems and platforms, mailing list providers, social networks and advertising and marketing partners.
We currently collect and, in the 12 months prior to the Last Updated Date of this Privacy Policy, have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers (name, mailing address, email address, phone number, online identifier, IP address, account username)
- Unique personal identifiers (device identifier; cookies, beacons, pixel tags, mobile ad identifiers, or other similar technology; customer number, unique pseudonym or username; phone numbers, or other forms of persistent or probabilistic identifiers that can be used to identify a particular consumer or device)
- Internet or other electronic network activity information (browsing history; search history; and information regarding consumer’s interaction with website, application or advertisement)
- General geolocation data
- Sensitive personal information (personal information that reveals a consumer’s account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account.)
In addition to the purposes stated above in the section “How We Use Your Information,” we currently collect and have collected the above categories of personal information for the business or commercial purposes, including helping to ensure security and integrity to the extent the use of your personal information is reasonably necessary and proportionate for these purposes, debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality, and performing services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, and providing similar services.
Sale, Sharing, and Disclosure of Personal Information
The CCPA defines “sale” as the transfer of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. Although we do not “sell” personal information as that term may be commonly interpreted, we engage in online activities that may constitute a sale or a share of personal information under California law. This may include showing you advertisements on other websites.
We do not knowingly collect or sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about individuals and, consequently, do not use sensitive personal information or use it for purposes other than those allowed by the CCPA and its regulations.

Your Rights
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, and the business or commercial purposes for collecting and sharing it
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to the extent ARCOP engages in either activity
- Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, to the extent ARCOP collects it for purposes other than those permitted under the CCPA
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through our Contact Us page or contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, which may require you to provide additional information. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided the agent can demonstrate your authorization. We will respond to verifiable requests within the time required by the CCPA, generally 45 days, which may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary.
If we decline to act on your request, in whole or in part, you may appeal our decision by contacting us using the information above; we will respond to your appeal within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section, or submit a complaint to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General’s Office.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences, including current and prospective suppliers, distributors, and job applicants, and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Careers and Job Applicants
If you apply for employment with ARCOP or otherwise submit information through our Careers page, additional or different privacy practices may apply, as described in the applicant privacy notice provided during the application process. This Notice addresses the Site generally and does not replace any notice provided to Team Members or job applicants regarding employment-related information.
Other Websites and Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our Facebook page, the Arby’s Help Center, and other Inspire Brands family websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
